Pixsys CNV510 protocol converters enable communication between networks relying on different protocols. CNV510 allow to interface devices equipped with Modbus RTU protocol on RS485 or CANOpen with systems based on the Siemens ProfibusDP and Profinet protocols.
Specifically CNV510 models equipped with serial port RS485 allow to integrate Pixsys controllers, I/O modules, PLCs and HMIs into existing or new Siemens networks.
The programming software of the converters allows to create automatically the configuration in .GSD file format to integrate Pixsys devices into Siemens development environments TiA Portal and Step7.
