PID Controller ATR444 integrates all the features of the Pixsys Blue Line range of controllers.
The wide alphanumeric display allows optimal visibility and clarity in all industrial environments, not only for process and alarm variables but also for scrolling textual status or event messages, as well as online help messages.
The availability of an extended 8-key keypad allows dedicated function keys to be set up, making repetitive operations or functions that would be more time-consuming and complex for the operator directly accessible from the front.
Smartphone programming mode with MyPixsys App uses NFC technology, with no need for wiring or dedicated hardware.
Two universal analog inputs with the ability to set mathematical operations, a wide combination of digital and analog outputs, open-close functionality for motorized valves, multiple alarm and diagnostic modes, and Timer functions-the most comprehensive models in the ATR444 series support advanced applications that traditionally might require programmable logic.
All versions also integrate programming mode for managing a cycle/profile with 12 segments.
Connectivity includes RS485 serial and ModbusRTU protocol, with the possibility of also using the controller with the Pixsys CNV580 IIoT modem for remote monitoring of selected variables getting notifications via PixsysGuard App.
