Low pressure conveyance of granulate, compound or molding powder needs to throw the material with a propulsor properly filled. Total quantity of material to be batched has to be divided into a dynamically calculated number of throwing depending upon liters capacity of propulsor.
Material is batched in free flow (load cell operates by difference): each throwing starts only if correct quantity of material has fallen from hopper.
During material conveyance, managed by pause/work electrovalves, pressure has to be kept lower than a scaling off throwing threshold.
This process allows conveyance of material to remote destination without engine and it is suitable for granulate, compound and molding powder.
