Surface galvanic metals treatment requires product wetting and agitating in the cells; temperature and liquid level have to be monitorized and controlled. Two PL250, in master-slave configuration on RS485 serial line, manage logic of the system. The first one is dedicated to motion control by reading an encoder and managing an inverter, the second one regulate the temperature by reading a PT100, and level is calculated by a transducer or by a pressure transmitter. TD320, in master configuration on RS232 serial line, visualizes process variables allowing the customer full control of the system.
